Do You Accept Returns?

Answer: Due to the nature of the items we sell, we do not accept returns. All return policies are listed below.

*Return Policy*
All sales are final and no returned merchandise is accepted unless authorization has been given. All claims must be made within 5 days from receipt of order.

*Restocking Fees for Cancelled Orders*
There is a 10% restocking charge on each order unless fault or error is ours. Shipping fees will not be refunded unless fault or error is ours and authorization was given. Please open your parcels immediately and inspect for damage or shortages.

*Order Cancellations*
If your order has been processed/picked and you request the order to be canceled before it ships there is a 10% restocking fee.

What are Your Processing and Shipping Guidelines?

Answer: We ship all domestic orders via USPS unless noted otherwise.

*Shipping Policy*
We ship all orders via USPS . At this time we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Tracking information will be updated when the order has shipped. Orders typically arrive within 4-7 business days of purchase.

*Out of Stock Items*

If we are out of stock of any item you have ordered we will contact you via telephone or email and provide you with the options listed below:

  • Wait for the missing item to be restocked and receive your complete order (An estimated time frame will be provided to you).

  • Receive store credit for the missing item and have the balance of your order shipped that day

  • A complete refund of your order.

 

*We ship all of our orders in unmarked boxes to ensure discretion.*

*International Shipping*

Flat rate shipping does not apply to international orders. All international orders will receive a separate email indicating the price of shipping based on the weight of the items ordered. If your are purchasing internationally and would like an estimate on shipping prior to purchase please call us at (+1 305-816-6518).
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to understand and answer for all fees and charges required by Customs regarding packages ordered and shipped internationally. All items sold by Milokan Botanica Inc are legal for sale. However, it is the responsibility of all customers to understand local, regional, and national laws pertaining to the items they purchase, and purchasers are solely responsible for packages lost or destroyed, or any legal action resulting from the purchase of the items that are illegal in their particular country or region.

 

Please note: we are unable to ship aerosol sprays outside of the United States or to any U.S. territories.

*Refused Shipments*


If you decide to refuse any shipments from Milokan Botanica Inc., you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments) in addition the cost of returning the package to Milokan Botanica Inc. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

*Shipment Damages and/Missing Items*


 Packaging is done very with great care; however, items can go unnoticed. It is important you check immediately that you received all the items listed as shipped on your order form before discarding. If you see that an item and/or items are missing you please notify Milokan Botanica and Spiritual Supply Inc. within 5 days of receipt of order.

If an item within your order arrives damaged please call or email us as soon as possible.
